1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the jua9 website accessible at jua9.io, including all sub-pages, game lobbies, sports betting interfaces, wallet systems, and customer support channels operated under the jua9 brand.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the Platform, through which the Player accesses games, manages their BDT wallet, and communicates with support.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered a jua9 account and is aged 21 or above.
• "BDT Wallet" means the Bangladeshi Taka-denominated account balance held within a Player's jua9 account, funded via approved payment methods and used to place wagers and receive withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, matched deposit bonuses, free spin credits, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by jua9.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount, as specified per offer) must be wagered on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or other approved payment channels, excluding any Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including submission of government-issued identity documents and proof of payment method ownership, as required by jua9 prior to approving withdrawal requests.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the jua9 account registration process, clicking any "I agree" or equivalent checkbox, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions and all documents incorporated by reference, including the jua9 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all forms of gameplay and wagering available on the Platform, including but not limited to: live casino games, slots, crash games, sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), and any future product categories added to the jua9 Platform.

jua9 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or an on-platform notification.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain a jua9 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active account.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online casino and sports betting activity is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of jua9 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You have not previously had a jua9 account suspended or permanently closed for violations of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or responsible gaming restriction that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.

jua9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending review.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active jua9 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different phone numbers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, jua9 will close all associated accounts and may void any pending withdrawals or bonus balances held across those accounts.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. jua9 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate information provided at registration, including delays to withdrawal processing caused by name mismatches between your jua9 account and your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. 4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jua9 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to approving withdrawal requests and, in some cases, prior to lifting deposit limits. Acceptable identity documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., confirmation that the bKash or Nagad account belongs to the registered Player) may also be required. KYC documents must be submitted in legible, unaltered form. jua9 will process KYC submissions within 48 hours during standard operating hours.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jua9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jua9 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is not offered on the Platform.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum single deposit: ৳500
• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Maximum single withdrawal: subject to Player tier and KYC status — contact support for current limits applicable to your account.
• Daily and weekly transaction limits may apply depending on your account verification status and responsible gaming settings.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your BDT Wallet within seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to be credited during standard banking hours. jua9 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's systems. All deposits are processed in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawals to bKash or Nagad are processed within 2 hours of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within 24 hours. Withdrawal requests submitted between 22:00 and 06:00 BST may be processed at the start of the following business window. jua9 reserves the right to conduct additional KYC checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the jua9 account.

5.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. jua9 will notify the account holder by email prior to applying a dormancy fee of ৳100 per month to the Real Money Balance. If the Real Money Balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact [email protected].

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jua9 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the point of offer, which take precedence over general bonus guidelines where they conflict. The following general conditions apply to all jua9 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Balance. Real Money Balance is always wagered first.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each offer. Unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, crash games, and sports betting may carry different contribution percentages. Specific contribution rates are published with each offer.
• Maximum bet per round or per sports wager while Bonus Funds are active is ৳1,000 unless stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during a bonus period may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• jua9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice where abuse, system error, or terms violation is suspected.
• Bonuses are issued to one verified account per person, per household address, and per payment method. Duplicate bonus claims detected across multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being reviewed for compliance.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds that exceed any stated maximum withdrawal cap for a promotional offer will be forfeited at the point of withdrawal.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jua9 Platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules apply to matters of gameplay mechanics, and these Terms & Conditions apply to all matters relating to accounts, payments, bonuses, and conduct.

All casino games on the jua9 Platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently certified for randomness and fairness. Crash games including Aviator use provably fair algorithms. Live casino games are operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live using physical dealing equipment in certified studio environments.

In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or software error during a game round, jua9 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager amount to the Player's account. Where a technical error results in an incorrect payout — whether higher or lower than the correct amount — jua9 reserves the right to correct the balance after investigation, with appropriate notice to the Player.

Sports betting wagers are settled in accordance with jua9's sports betting rules, which cover match abandonment, void bet scenarios, result disputes, and in-play settlement procedures. All sports settlement is final once confirmed in the Player's transaction history, except where a manifest error is identified and reported within 48 hours of settlement.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jua9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with game interfaces, or exploit bonus offers.
• Collusion with other Players or with Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or wager.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown technical error are void.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or mobile money provider for deposits that were received and credited to your jua9 account.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity intended to conceal the origin of funds.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location during registration or KYC.
• Allowing any other person to access or operate your account, including sharing login credentials for any purpose.
• Registering or operating more than one jua9 account simultaneously.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive conduct toward jua9 support staff or other Platform users via any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

jua9 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. All Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts at regular intervals (e.g., every 30 or 60 minutes) to notify you of time spent on the Platform.
• Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a time-out, login is disabled and all pending bonuses are paused.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely suspend your account. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the selected period and are processed within 24 hours of request.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jua9 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of jua9 or its licensed game and content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used commercially without the prior written consent of jua9.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers. jua9 operates these games under valid licensing agreements. Players are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access game content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jua9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

jua9 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical issues. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible. jua9's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits jua9's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by jua9's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

jua9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• Initiation of an unjustified payment chargeback.
• Account inactivity beyond the dormancy threshold set out in Clause 5.5.
• A Player's voluntary self-exclusion request.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms & Conditions, jua9 reserves the right to void and forfeit all Bonus Funds, promotional winnings, and any Real Money Balance associated with the breach. Where closure is not attributable to Player breach, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 10 business days.

13 Privacy & Data

jua9 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering a jua9 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and your rights in relation to that data.

jua9 uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform sessions. Payment data is processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment partners. jua9 does not store full card numbers or mobile banking PIN codes. 14 Amendments to These Terms

jua9 may amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights, payment terms, or account obligations — jua9 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your account, or via a prominent in-platform notification.

Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, or formatting updates) may be made without advance notice. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the jua9 Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may pursue resolution through applicable legal channels. Nothing in this clause limits jua9's right to seek immediate injunctive or interim relief in any applicable jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
